So Il start of with the basics.

blood harvest: a woman is chased into a bar, be shoots her in the hand with an arrow. He than rips her shirt, and drags her over to a noose and proceeds to lift her foot into the loop and hanging her upside down. Her shirt falls over her bra.

the hike 2010: a woman steps in a snare, she is hung upside down by one leg. Her shirt falls to expose her stomach and ribs. This is available on YouTube.

short horror film, the family: a woman is hanging upside down by her ankles, attached to a forklift. Her shirt has fallen and her belly is exposed. Available on YouTube.

severance: a woman steps in a snare trap, she is hanging upside down. Her shirt falls far enough to see her stomach and black bra. Available on youtube

stay alive: this movie actually has two women on separate occasions getting hung upside down. First girl has chains wrapped around her ankles with shackles, they drag her across the floor and hang her upside down. Second girl has the same thing happen. Both girls have their stomachs exposed, but the second girl lets her shirt fall almost to her face. Available on youtube
